Wrong database password causes stack trace with DB info

            Description

            If the database connection string is wrong then a db error is posted to the front end with a full stack trace that contains the connection string.

            This happens no matter the setting for debug or backtrace in the Admin of Civicrm.

            This seems like this could be the beginnings of a security issue.
