civicrm_api3_uf_match_get broken

            Description

            civicrm_api3_uf_match_get causes a php error:
            Call to undefined function _civicrm_api3_basic_get() in [...]/api/v3/UFMatch.php

            That file is not including api/v3/utils.php, but if you do include it, there are other warnings thrown, so maybe that was done due to other issues?
