IE 8.0.7061.17514 - credit card entry boxes missing when using IE, visible from Chrome

            Description

            I just realized that if you attempt to go to a CiviEvent I just created from IE8 the billing address and credit card fields are unintelligble. From Chrome there is a credit card entry field on the first page of this event, but in IE there is no mention of anything for the credit card until the subsequent screen, where the only thing to show up is the word "Expire"

            Attached screen shot. This form looks absolutely perfect in Chrome.
