CRM-11526 A-to-Z bar missing on Manage Groups page

There used to be an A-to-Z bar on the Manage Groups page (as attached screenshot shows that the documentation still references).

Even sophisticated users who use naming conventions to name groups aren't able to jump quickly to the group they're interested in without the A-to-Z bar, especially as the number of groups tops 100 or 200. We've got a number of clients who had gotten accustomed to it wanting it back. Please bring back the alpha filter bar! It's really helpful.
