Description
Issues when editing an Accounting Batch:
1. Both titles on page are using batch.name instead of batch.title (see screen shot)
2. Created By s/b read-only. I don't see any reason to make this editable AND the auto-complete doesn't seem to be working in any case.
3. Cancel and Save button should have use userContext to go back to where form was accessed from (currently goes back to civicrm home).
