Contribution and Membership Price Set Field has help text referring to Events

The help text for the 'Price' field when creating a field in a Contribution or Membership price set is 'You may enter a negative amount value if the field or option is being used to discount the total event price.' This should be changed to remove the reference to an event.

Suggestion: Add the following to this field's help text:

'Use a price of 1 and Display Amount off to allow a user to enter a contribution amount in to a Text / Numeric Quantity field.'
