CiviCRM OG Sync for OG 7.x.2 branch

See this post for a full explanation, http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,27111.0.html. This issue effects 4.1 and 4.2 branches, I have created a separate issue for the 4.1 branch as the patch is different. I made this patch for 4.2.6, it should work on other 4.2.x versions however I have not checked. I think it would take another few hours to check through the other versions, I am not sure when / if I will have time to do that.
