Backoffice event registration needs to use new method for retrieving asset account

Add Event Registration (backoffice) form needs to be updated to use the new rule for retrieving asset account (via payment instrument). Currently if you try and submit the form you always get this error:

"Financial Account of account relationship of 'Asset Account is' is not configured for this Financial Type "
