Description
1. Add form rule for backoffice contribution for: fee_amount + net_amount MUST equal total_amount
2. Implement book-keeping transactions for fees spec'd on wiki (additional financial_item and financial_trxn records) - http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/CiviAccounts+4.3+Data+Flow#CiviAccounts4.3DataFlow-OnlineorofflinecontributionwithFEE
3. Verify that fee-related financial_item / financial_trxn are also being created for online contribution / online event registration flow.
