Export Accounting Batch download page

When exporting a batch, a page appears offering the option to download .iif, .csv, or to cancel.

Choose .iif and hit return. A .iif file is appropriately downloaded. However, after the download location is selected, the user is returned to an unrefreshed page. Worse, if I choose to download either .iif or .csv, a second Export Activity record is successfully completed.

It should not be possible to download a second time from this interface. It should also not be possible to export a batch when it is already in an Exported state.

After the Export Download is commenced, the page should be refreshed to the Exported Batches page.
