Include/Exclude Search should not return deleted contacts

Reproduced on demo site. See contact http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=40 when searching for Newsletter Subscribers group using the Include/Exclude search here: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/search/custom?csid=4&reset=1

This patch adds one line of code and works with groups and tags according to my testing. Please view code confirm with a quick test.
