            Description

            Export a batch and from Accounting Batches > Exported listing - click the Download action link.

            URL (example) is http://civicrm43/civicrm/file?reset=1&id=2&eid=632

            Looking at the activity which the file is attached to, id s/b 1 (file_id) rather than 2 (batch_id)
