Select fields don't fill when the "address is the same" box is checked

Checking the "My billing address is the same as above" box doesn't copy the state or country fields since being reworked for 4.3. This is a major problem because the fields get hidden, so you don't know it's empty or wrong.

I've attached a patch that fixes it. (I think it was just an oversight, forgetting to go through the select elements after the input elements.)
