Soft Credit report query is matching Soft Credit contacts to the wrong Contributions

The soft credit report is coded to sort the listing by Soft Credit Contact (column 1). Then the soft credit data is suppressed in subsequent rows until the soft credit contact ID changes. However, this isn't working. Seems like the join to the contributions table isn't correct - so if soft credits are assigned for non-sequential contributions the contributions are not lined up properly with "their" soft credit contacts.

In the attached screenshots, Dave Green is actually Soft Credit Contact for Paul, scout and stan. The report shows scout and stan linked to terry.stanford as Soft Credit Contact instead.
