Ability to pass multiple (comma separated) values for ct & gt parameters in Update Greetings and Addressees Schedule Job
Currently only value can be assigned to both ct & gt command parameters used for Update Greetings and Addressees Schedule Job
e.g.
ct=Individual
gt=email_greeting
force=1

ct=Organization
gt=email_greeting
force=1

The attached patch allows to send in multiple values of ct and gt and does the cross product
i.e. sending in
ct=Individual,Organization gt=email_greeting,postal_greeting,addressee

Navigation to Update Greetings and Addressees Schedule Job:-
Administer CiviCRM-> System Settings-> Schedule Jobs -> Update Greetings and Addressees
