            Description

            In CiviCRM 4.2.x, since the civicrm_pcp.contribution_page_id field was renamed to page_id, Views on PCP pages or PCP contributions cause the following error:

            SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'civicrm_pcp.contribution_page_id' in 'field list'
