Currently we only search on note.note. Add ability to search on note.subject to both Advanced Search and Search Builder.
For Advanced Search: add a radio/select that offers them the option of searching on (Subject, Body, or Both). Default s/b Both.
For Search Builder: Replace current Note(s) => note option with ...

Note(s): Subject only
Note(s): Body only
