            Add 2 new search criteria:

            Case Start Date
            Case End Date

            ... using same UI pattern as we have for date ranges in Find Contributions etc. (see screenshot). Default is 'any date', relative date periods available or use can enter FROM / TO dates via date widgets which appear when 'date range' is selected.
