CiviDiscount does not apply automatic member discounts for non-public membership types

Automatic membership based discounts are not being applied in civiEvent registration for any membership types that are not available to the public; e.g. an honorary membership or other free membership type that is only added via the back office, even though they have been selected in the list of memberships that should receive the discount. (in an earlier version of CiviDiscount these memberships did not appear in the list of memberships that could receive the automatic discount)
