Contact display name missing from page title on edit and view forms

            Description

            All of the edit and view forms accessed from contact summary tabs no longer include the contact name in the page title. This is a regression caused by the implementation of editable display names.

            Add setTitle to preProcess on these forms to restore the contact name in the title.
