Contact details of domain contact are not getting updated in Upgrade

      Description

      During upgrade the contact details of domain contact are not getting updated i.e domains address, phone and email are not pointing to newly created domain contact.

      CRM-9897

      To replicate
      1. Upgrade to 4.3alpha1
      2. search for contact with domain name
      3. compare the contact details of contact with civicrm/admin/domain?action=update&reset=1

      The address, email, phone details are blank.
