CKeditor 'link' button incompatible with later versions of Chrome

            Description

            In Chrome v26, using the 'link' button in Civicrm's supplied version of ckeditor causes the following error:

            object has no method 'inlineStyle'

            Upgrading from the current 3.6.1 to 3.6.6 fixes this.

            I don't know if you want a patch or if there is an automated method for pulling in later versions of 3rd party packages — am happy to supply a patch if this is required.
