Profile forms called via profile/edit path should include configured 'create' behaviors if user is anonymous (reCaptcha and user registration option)

If anonymous user accesses profile/edit patch AND profile settings are configured to use reCaptcha and / or provide user registration option - then enable those 'features'.

NOTE: checksum authenticated access to profile/edit is NOT considered anonymous - so reCaptcha and user registration options will not be enabled in that case.

Also need to fix reCaptcha help to link to preferred reCaptcha URL and clarify statement about 'standalone forms' not supported (replace w/ new terminology -> HTML form snippet).
