Description
In the new Financial Accounts tax field, entering a number greater than 1 in the provided field results in a "DB errer' after saving the page.
For example, entering a 10 in the Tax field to reflect a tax rate of 10% triggers the bug.
You are probably meant to put 0.1 to reflect 10% but there needs to be documented.
