View Contact - Contributions Section: Summary array not populated

            Description

            Check out http://demo.civicrm.org/drupal/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=8 - this contact has 2 contributions. However on the Contact Summary, the smarty $summary array which should have the $summary.total.amount, $summary.total.count and $summary.total.avg is EMPTY. Hence we see n/a for Total when the contributions section is collapsed and get just a dash as output from the included ContributionTotals.tpl
