Description
The value "No" doesn't import into a 'Yes or No' custom data field when importing new contacts. The 'Yes or No' field is left blank. However the "No" is correctly imported when updating contacts. Importing "No" values works with the prior CiviCRM version.
I reproduced this using the public WordPress sand box.
