Contribution import should import timestamp as well as datestamp

I verified in sandbox for contact http://sandbox.drupal.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=204.

Import data was:

I used the mapping "johns test" – not sure if that will persist in the sandbox or not.

The date is imported correctly as Received Date, but the time for the contribution is listed as 12:00AM.

This is important for audit purposes.
