When a contact email is updated the UFMatch record should be updated for all domains

Currently if you have 2 domains & you update a contact's email only the record for the current domain is updated in the uf_match table. However, the field relates to the contact rather than the drupal user so it should be updated for all domains.

The downstream effect of this change is that contributions are not being recorded on other domains as the UFmatch email does not match the email of the contact
