Accounting Batch tasks should not be exposed in other search forms (e.g. Find Contacts, Search Builder ...)

The Accounting Batch tasks (Close Batch, Export Batch, Reopen Batch) are being inadvertently included in 'actions' dropdown on other searches. The should only be available from Accounting Batch listings.

I performed a search through Search Builder on my contacts. I was searching for two parameters as follows:

Individual -> Custom Data field -> = -> specific value
Individual -> Custom Data Field -> IS NOT EMPTY

The search returned around 89 results split over 2 pages. I selected 'extract batch' from the drop down list and hit the 'go' button. I was returned a '500 internal server error' page as a result.

My apache error.log file had the following entry:

I verified that there was no Task folder under the CRM/Financial/Form directory as requested above.
