UI create new contribution with credit card

Make the back-office "submit credit card" functionality more visible and accessible by adding "... (credit card)" submit options to the Create New block set of links for Contribution, Membership and Event Registration IF the site has applicable payment processors configured and enabled.

Create New =>

• Contribution
• Contribution (credit card)
• Membership
• Membership (credit card)
• Event Registration
• Event Registration (credit card)

Also added a conditionally displayed link next to top set of buttons on backoffice contribution form linking to 'submit credit card contribution' if that mode is available.

NOTE: For a future release we should revisit combining these forms

I have had a flurry of 'feature requests' to be able to receipt credit card contributions & memberships without office users having to log out. Obviously this is possible - but people aren't seeing it.

I think the issue is that there are links to create new contribution but telling people to go that page & then add &mode=live to the URL is not intuitive. Nor is telling people to create the contact & then navigate to their contribution tab to receipt it.

Best ideas I have it to add 'new credit card contribution' to the new links - but then you'd suddenly want one for membership & one for pledge.... Or to add a button (or similar) to the main contribution receipting page to pay by credit card.
