Bookkeeping Transactions report retrieves and searches on financial type from contribution rather than line_items

      Description

The financial_type value in the Bookkeeping Transactions report is retrieved from contribution.financial_type_id, and filter by financial_type does the same. However, this report breaks out financial_item / line_item level data which may often store different financial types. We should fix the report to retrieve and filter using the line_item financial type (or remove that column and filter and just support the Debit and Credit Account Codes which are accurate).

      Additional changes:
Display null for financial type for financial_trxn records where from_account is not null and there are no entity_financial_trxn records.
Make 'Financial Account Code - Debit' and 'Financial Account Code - Credit' optional fields, and add the space before the dash in the label. Add Financial Account Name - Debit and Financial Account Name - Credit as optional fields after the code fields.
Display Columns changes: Move these fields to after Contact ID. Move Financial Type to after those fields and before Receive Date.
Change Amount to a Default column.
Add filters for both Financial Account Code fields and both Financial Account Name fields. They should appear just after Contact Name filter.
Fix the type of filter on Amount field to the select that includes 'Is less than or equal to' as the first option.
