A 4.2.8 site was showing is showing this error:

Notice: Undefined index: 1151 in CRM_Core_Config_Variables->countryLimit() (line 540 of /home/civiRocks/www/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Config/Variables.php).
on an event registration page.
There is no country with ID 1151 in the DB. Not sure what this is....
