PCP Notification Email link to view page is broken

            Description

            The admin email that tells you a new PCP page has been created and can be reviewed has a link to the page that looks like /civicrm/contribute/pcp/info?reset=1&id=125 when in fact it should be /civicrm/pcp/info?reset=1&id=125.

            The link construction needs to be fixed in xml/templates/message_templates/pcp_notify_html and _text.tpl files.

            Upgrade (beta2) should fix the default message templates.
