Configure Event: Online Registration checkbox

            Description

            On the event configuration online registration tab, the descriptive text, next to the checkbox, currently reads "Enable or disable online ...", which is slightly ambiguous. I.e. I have observed this to be confusing to an end user.

            Suggestion:
            The text can change to reflect the state of the checkbox. When the box is unchecked, the text will read: "Enable online registration"

            When the box is checked, the text will read: "Disable online registration"

            As this form is already using JavaScript, this solution can be implemented progressively.
