Civicontribute Loads with errors on front end on major browsers on internet explorer and safaier.

In a time of contribution made through the front page the contribution page loads with an error and crush the contribution page, a frame shows between the payment option and the confirmation page. It has several lines of error message shows and make the transaction to fell to process.
Here is the error code and i attached a screen copy of the error.
