I found it that when ever i try to put a search value in the top search field which is added on civicrm 4.3, the filter loads up every time i try to type a phrase, the sequence of the value choice loads up again and cover the search area, making impossible to type an input. Once i have put the first letter of the search it stops to load the filter and it start loading results which makes it more interesting.

As i noticed it if it has an ability to load the filter as a sub menu (the filter) or a structure within the main function in this case the main menu(search field) , that way it will able to use the filter and the search at the same time.
