Activities Dashlet Returning No Matches

      Description

      I was able to recreate it on the Joomla Sandbox site. I'm using 4.3 on Joomla 2.5.9 and when I reach the Administrator Dashboard for Civi the Activities Dashlet returns No Matches Found no matter what you set the filter on. I set it to all as well as to specifically Tell A Friend which I knew had activities listed (under Find Activities) and it continued to say no matches found.
