Event Participant List (Report) criteria is frozen

            Description

            When I click to edit the report criteria for the report "Event Participant List (Report)" the report criteria is frozen and does not allow me to edit the criteria. I am using Firefox browser. There are several events in the report/ system.

            NOTE: this was tested in an environment that was upgrade from 4.2.7 to 4.3.beta2
