With Drupal 7 and WYSIWYG module . fckeditor.
At /civicrm/admin/contribute/amount?action=update&reset=1&id=4
Under widget settings, the about box has input formats showing but no WYSIWYG box, just raw HTML. There are two messages in the js console:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < jquery-1.8.3.min.js:2
Uncaught ReferenceError: jsondata4 is not defined
Might be relevant
