CRM-12095 CiviCRM menu does not display on first load and requires a refresh

            Description

            I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem but it seems every time I log into Wordpress and access CiviCRM I have to refresh the page in order to see the admin menu items. On first load all I can see is a blank (black) menu bar with search box.

            I've checked firebug to see if this is a JS issue but cannot see anything. Can it be a server issue?

            Any help would be much appreciated.
