            Description

            Task for Code Sprint - add upgrade tests around logging
            1) check that upgrade completes when logging is on prior to upgrade starting

            2) check that upgrade completes (without logging is on) with a really long table name in the DB e.g. 'civicrm_value_constituent_cases__politicials_57_backup2012' (generally this fails on drop trigger with a fatal)
