Survey Interview respondents missing fields.

After configuring a survey profile using the new profile editor. On starting the survey and going to Interview Respondents a number of fields where missing from the table of survey respondents.

I'm guessing that it is probably certain types of fields that don't display. Specifically for me a check box is missing (Is Deceased) , Contact Subtype and Activity Date.

There may be other field types which also don't display.
