College Match - Implement Quest-required Advanced Search Fields

Modify the Advanced Search fields in the Quest Student section of advanced search to have these fields (removing any fields that are currently there which are NOT in this list):
o ethnicity 1 (drop-down from option_values)
o parent grad college (drop-down from option_values)
o gpa_weighted_calc (from / to)
o gpa_unweighted_calc (from / to)
o class rank (from / to)
o class rank % (drop-down from option_values - not a range)
o fed lunch (drop-down from option_values)
o SAT Composite (reading and math) [SAT_composite_alt] (from / to)
o SAT Critical Reading [student_summary.SAT_reading] (from / to)
o SAT Math [student_summary.SAT_math] (from / to)
o ACT Composite [student_summary.ACT_composite] (from / to)(from / to)
o Income Total [student_summary.household_income_total] (from / to)
o financial need index [student_summary.academic_index] (from / to)
o academic performance index [student_summary.financial_need_index] (from / to)
o household member count [student_summary.household_member_count] (from / to)
o class num of students [student.class_num_students] (from / to)
o Reader Disposition [student_summary.cmr_disposition] (drop-down from option values)

Current CM dump file with live data has been checked into cividata repository - so please source this and do some testing of your search results with the live data. (matchapp/civicrm.sql.bz2).
