Description
We need to migrate quest db to the latest schema, please add the steps here as we discover them:
1. do a dynamic restricted table dump of quest ( -c -n -t). edit file: QUESTSVN/sql/quest_dump.sh
2. generate and load new schema
3. load civicrm_data, quest_data_cm
4. load dynamic data
