Description
The change log entries are not shown in the change log tab on the contact summary page when civicrm is upgraded from 4.0.8 to 4.2.8
Steps to replicate :
1) Enable logging feature in the civicrm version 4.0.8. (this version contains the changed logs of the contacts).
2) Upgrade civicrm to 4.2.8 version.
3) After upgrade the logging is disabled automatically, enable logging feature in the upgraded version.
the change logs in the 4.0.8 version are not shown in the upgraded version 4.2.8.
