Changing default option in Activity Status does not change the default when creating an activity

The option values for Activity Status include an option to designate one as the Default. Currently that is the Scheduled option. I changed the default value to Completed, but when I created a new Activity the default value was still Scheduled. I tested this on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/
