            Description

            In Transifex: the "Provinces" containing Latvian districts seems to be outdated.
            According to Wikipeidia article and ISO letter, the 26 districts have been turned into 110 municipalities:
            http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:LV

            If this isn't the case, and the division is correct, the spelling also seems to have it's issues, e.g.:
            Aizkraukles Apriņķis (Wikipedia entry mentioned above) - Aizkraukles Apripkis (CiviCRM) - Aizkraukle District (English Wikipedia entry)

            I'm referring to the version currently in Transifex.
