Permissions for demo user for Accounting Batches

            Description

            The Navigation Menu had the correct permissions for the Contributions > Accounting Batches menu item, but it wasn't appearing. When I removed both of the permissions by editing it under admin, it showed up. Seems like the demo user is in a role that does not have these permissions granted in Drupal by default, which should be fixed. As this is not modifiable through interface, it must be in the Drupal database that gets reloaded periodically.
