            Description

            I would like to suggest some changes to the core of CiviCRM relating to SMS interactions with Mass SMS, which I have proposed with a pull request to the civicrm-core git repo.

            What is the process I need to go through to work on getting this agreed and added to the core? There is a bit more work left in creating a migration script and doing some more testing if this is added in. There is more detailed comments on the git pull request.
