            Description

            e-Notice fix in CRM-10188 causes the value in is_email_receipt to be over-written with null regardless of whether it has been filled in.

            The impact of this is that the value is never set for backoffice but is filled in by MYSQL to the database default - making it possible to specify that a receipt is desired - but not that one is not desired.
